How to Order

You can phone in your order at (770) 498-3667. You can also place an email order. Just email your full name, complete shipping address, phone number, what you want to order, and how you want to pay for it.

All of our prices are listed in U.S. funds. The shipping cost listed is for shipping anywhere in the continental U.S. Free shipping is within the continental U.S. Delivery time is usually from 3 to 10 days depending on how far you live from Atlanta, Georgia. If you need faster shipping (like 2nd day air, or next day air) call or email for a special shipping quote.

Similarly, international shipping depends on a number of factors. Call or email for a special quote. The Universal Currency Converter™ can give you exchange rates for different foreign currencies.

Customs or import duties may be levied on your order once it reaches your country, and you are responsible for these additional charges for customs clearance. The Swordmark Company has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary greatly from country to country and you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.

Return Policy

  1. We inspect ALL items before we send them out and package all items with the best of care. However, if there is a problem with your order, please contact us and let us know within 72 hours and we will immediately take whatever steps we can to fix the problem.

  2. If it becomes necessary to return an item, you must FIRST obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#) from us. You can get an RA# from us via e-mail sales@swordmark.com or by phone (770) 498-3667. Boxes with returned items that do not have a valid RA# written clearly upon the box cannot be accepted by us and will be returned to the sender (you), so make sure to obtain an RA# from us before shipping anything to us.

  3. Of course, items misused or improperly cared for by the customer cannot be returned. Special one-of-a kind items, custom orders or customer-requested modified items also cannot be returned.

  4. Once you have obtained an RA#, returnable item(s) must be carefully packaged and sent, postage paid by the customer, in "like new" condition, less the cost of shipping and a 5% restocking fee. (We reserve the right to waive the 5% restocking fee, at our discretion--and often do so.)

  5. Understandably, losses or damages sustained in transit will be taken up with the shipping company at fault. Claims for shipping losses or damages must be reported to us immediately. Please retain the complete package (box, packing material and item) for inspection. Don't throw anything away because often the shipping company will want to come investigate such a claim.
